  • 1. what do I need to use WooMe?

    • Web browser: Internet Explorer (version 6.0 and above), Firefox (version 2.0 and above) and Safari (version 1.5 and above)
    • Adobe’s flash player needs to be installed
    • Broadband internet connection
    • Speakers and mic in your computer
    • Webcam (for the best possible experience) but not required to play

  • 2. I can't seem to log into the site. what’s the problem?

    Make sure that Cookies are enabled for your browser.

    Internet Explorer (PC):

    • Go to Tools – Internet Options
    • Go to the Privacy tab
    • Click on the Sites button
    • Set browser to allow www.woome.com

    Firefox (PC):

    • Go to Tools – Options
    • Go to the Privacy tab
    • Make sure the Accept cookies from sites box is checked
    • If you prefer not to check the box, you can go to Exceptions and set it to allow www.woome.com

    Safari 2.0 (PC):

    • Go to browser Preferences
    • Go to the Security tab
    • Make sure that Accept Cookies settings are set to Always or Only from sites you navigate to

  • 3. how do I stop the Adobe Flash Player Settings Prompt from showing up every time I want to start WooMe?

    Click on the Cam/Mic Setting button on the top left corner of the video screen. Go to the Privacy tab and make sure the Allow circle is selected and the Remember box is checked.

  • 4. do I need DSL or Cable to use WooMe?

    Yes. The Internet is way more fun when you have a good fast connection!

  • 5. which webcams are compatible with WooMe?

    All webcams should work with WooMe.
